The Civil Process Division is handled by two full time staff members and overseen by a Captain. Paper service is one of the first responsibilities of the Sheriff. Civil paper service, tax foreclosures, warrant process, transport orders, replevins orders, executions, and many more are just some of the very important responsibilities of this division.
