Cass County Sheriff Wm C Brueggemann advises that on July 5th 2020 at 6:47 a.m. Cass County Sheriff's Office Deputies, Louisville Fire and Rescue and Cass County Emergency Management EMS responded to a two vehicle injury accident at 144th Street and Agnew Road, Louisville. The investigation determined that a silver 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Austin Hoetzel, 20 of  Maramec,Oklahoma was traveling westbound on Agnew and failed to yield the right of way to a northbound traveling red 2005 Ford Taurus driven by Craig Stohlmann, 51 of Louisville. Both drivers were treated on scene and released by Louisville Rescue. Hoetzel was issued a citation for failure to yield, no proof of insurance and theft by unlawful taking as another street intersection sign was tied to the vehicle driven by Hoetzel.
