Sheriff William C. Brueggemann advised on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 1:06 p.m., Cass County Sheriff Office Deputies, and Murray Fire & Rescue and Plattsmouth Rescue responded to a one-vehicle injury accident which occurred on Rock Bluff Road just east of Clubhouse Drive in Beaver Lake.

Investigation determined Amanda N. Dupont, 32 of Plattsmouth was driving westbound on Rock Bluff Road in a white 2005 Ford Crown Victoria when she lost control. The vehicle left the roadway and collided with a tree. A passenger in the vehicle, Elizabeth A. Maneman, 39 of Plattsmouth was transported by Plattsmouth Rescue to UNMC for minor injuries.

Dupont was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and booked into Cass County Corrections.
