Court Services

The Court Services Division is responsible for maintaining the security of the Cass County Courthouse, as well as surrounding county offices. This team of deputies ensures both physical and electronic security across these offices, the grounds, parking areas, and for all individuals on the property.

The division is also present and vigilant within the County and District courtrooms, ensuring that courtroom behavior expectations and etiquette are practiced, enforced, and continually monitored.

Inmate Transport

Managing the Inmate Work Release Program 

Nebraska Sex Offender Registry: Deputies manage the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry, ensuring compliance by offenders residing within Cass County. They provide updated and accurate information, as required by state statutes (§29-4001 - §29-4014), including details about offenders' homes, vehicles, employment, and contact information. Deputies also perform regular spot checks and charge offenders with any violations.
