By Virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of Cass County, Nebraska, and in pursuance of a decree of said Court in an action therein indexed at Case No. CI 24-299, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and STEVEN BECCARD, SPOUSE OF STEVEN BECCARD, IF ANY; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; JOHN DOE, AS PARTY IN POSSESSION AND JANE DOE, AS PARTY IN POSSESSION, and others are Defendants, I will at 10 o'clock A.M., on Friday, May 16, 2025, in the West Door of the Cass County Courthouse, Cass County, Nebraska, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 11, Townsend Addition to the City of Plattsmouth, Cass County, Nebraska,
more commonly known as 718 N 8th St., Plattsmouth, Nebraska, to satisfy the liens and encumbrances therein set forth, to satisfy the cost and the accruing costs, all as provided by said order and decree.
TERMS OF SALE: Announcements day of sale or prior take precedence over printed material. Property is sold "as is" without any warranties as to title or condition of the property. Bidder(s) are responsible for all research of property. Full bid amount to be paid immediately after said sale, in cash or certified funds, by 04:30 p.m. on day of sale. Confirmation of sale will be heard approximately 30 days after sale date by the District Court. Whereas Deed to be awarded upon said confirmation.
