Sheriff William C. Brueggemann advised that on Friday August 6th 2021 Cass County Sheriff's office was anonymous informed that there was a MIP party in Union Nebraska.

Deputies responded to 136 West Main St. Union NE just after 11:00 pm on Friday night. Deputies located what appeared to be a party on the second story apartment at this address. Deputies made contact with the residence. The resident, Jacob Schaulis 20 YOA and many of the guests were found to be under 21 years of age. Occupants at the residence were checked for age and consumption of alcohol. Schaulis was cited for Contributing to the Delinquency of a minor and 10 others were issued MIP citations and released to parents at the scene.
