Sheriff William Brueggemann advised that on Tuesday 04-12-2022 at 12:42 am Cass County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call at 105 W second street in Louisville. Call was received from the owner of 3 Birds LLC regarding a Burglary in progress at the store. The owner was watching a live video feed as the suspect forced entry and stole several items. The owner responded to the area and observed the suspect fleeing on foot from the scene. The suspect was detained by the owner and a local fire official until deputies could arrive. The suspect was a 14 year old male resident of Louisville who was cited and released to his mother. The case will be sent to juvenile court.
