A 15-year-old male from Omaha had gone over a large bump on an off-road trail, reportedly flipping the four-wheeler and going over the handlebars. The injured male's teenage brother sought help and carried him to another area before 911 was called. He was subsequently airlifted to the hospital for treatment.
