Request a VIN Inspection

This form is used to request a Vehicle Identification Number inspection. Please have the fully assembled vehicle, signed title and bill of sale and $15 VIN inspection fee ready. If you are paying by check please it out to the Cass County Sheriff. As VIN inspections are non-emergent, they will be assigned to deputies as time allows.
